These readings come from Infinity Summer, a manager of villas and apartments in Gran Canaria, and from how we work. The site launched in September 2026: we do not publish bookings or conversions yet because there is not enough data, and we are not going to make them up.
Availability and price
Guests pick dates on the property page and see the real calendar and the total for their stay, read from the manager's booking engine (Avaibook, in this case). Payment closes in the engine. There is no second availability to keep up to date by hand.

Every property has its page in all three languages, each with its own URL, so British or German guests read it in theirs and Google shows it in their country.
Pages per property
Each property has its own URL, title and gallery, and so does each area. Someone searching for "villa with private pool in Maspalomas" lands on the right page, not the homepage.
Time to see the property
How long the main photo takes to appear, measured on desktop with Lighthouse, where the site scores 99 out of 100 for performance. Galleries were reordered by hand so every property opens on its pool or its views, never a bathroom.

No. Listing sites bring you guests who do not know you yet, and that still has value. Your own site is for everyone else: people searching for your name, repeat guests, recommendations and anyone who finds your property on Google by area. Those bookings do not need to go through a listing site.
Infinity Summer uses Avaibook and is connected through its API: real availability and price on the property page, with payment closing in the engine itself. If you use another one, we check it on the first call. If it has no way to connect, the site presents the property and links to wherever you already take bookings.
With maintenance in place you get priority support: as soon as we receive the photos and details, your property jumps ahead of any other work. We reply within 24 working hours, and removing a property is quicker still.
