Custom softwareto work better.
When your team copies data between tools, chases bookings through messages or holds the business together with spreadsheets, you do not need another website: you need a system. We design dashboards, integrations and automations around the way your company really works.
The code starts after the process.
We do not digitise a bad habit just to make it faster. First we understand who does what, where time is lost and which tool already works. Only then do we decide what is worth building.
Process before screens
We map the current workflow with the people who use it. That is how we find the real bottleneck before quoting for buttons and screens that may not be needed.
Tools you already use
New software does not have to replace everything. If your invoicing, calendar or CRM already does its job well, we connect it through its API and build only the missing piece.
Duplicate manual entry
The same piece of data should not be typed in two places. Bookings, forms, stock and notifications can flow between systems by themselves once there is a reliable integration.
Points of contact
Whoever understands the process on the first call is the one who designs the solution and writes the code. There is no chain where context gets lost between meetings.
Progress updates
Every sprint ends with something you can open and test. The team validates the flow while it is still cheap to change, not the day before launch.
Typical timeline
That is the range for projects with integrations or custom functionality. Before we start we put in writing what is in, what is out and what it costs.
These readings describe how each decision is made. The specific savings or improvement is defined and measured against your own process, because an average made up across different businesses is no help when deciding.
Small systems for specific problems.
You do not need to commission a whole ERP to stop losing hours. We start with the flow that causes the most friction and leave a foundation that can grow later.
Internal dashboards and management tools
One shared view of clients, tasks, stock, documents or metrics. Each role sees what it needs, and the team stops piecing together the state of the business from emails and spreadsheets.
Bookings, payments and availability
Booking flows connected to calendars, payments and confirmations. For holiday lets, activities, centres and services where a manual phone call should not be the only way to close a sale.
Integrations between tools
We connect forms, CRM, invoicing, email, catalogues and external services through their APIs. Data goes in once and reaches whoever needs to act on it.
Automations with oversight
Notifications, documents, sorting, follow-ups and repetitive tasks that can run by themselves. Designed with logging and a clear point where a person reviews what matters.
From bottleneck to a tool people actually use.
The process reduces risk before any code is written and puts the people who will use the system inside every review.
We map the current work
Who starts the process, what information comes in, where it gets copied, who decides and what happens when something fails. Without that picture there is no responsible quote.
We pick the first bottleneck
We rank the opportunities by time lost, risk and impact. The first scope solves one part completely, not ten parts halfway.
Prototype on real cases
We design the flow with the data, decisions and exceptions that really happen. The people who will use it approve it before development.
Development in sprints
Every week there is a version to test. Integrations are tried early, because that is usually where the constraints that change a project live.
Launch and the next decision
Training, documentation and measuring the flow. After that it is maintained, extended with another sprint or left as it is if it already solved the problem.
What people always ask.
Internal dashboards, management tools, booking systems, complex catalogues, integrations between services and automations. We work best when there is a specific process that currently eats time, causes errors or holds back a sale; we do not start from a fixed list of app types.
Not necessarily. If your current tool does its job well and has an API, it is usually smarter to connect it than to rebuild it. We only suggest replacing it when its limits are exactly what is causing the problem.
We can design an installable web app adapted to mobile when that covers the use case. If the project needs specific native features, such as heavy use of sensors or background processes, we define that requirement before recommending the technology.
It depends on the number of flows, roles and integrations. The first call is for narrowing down a useful outcome, and then you get a fixed quote with what is in and what is out. We do not publish a shop-window price because two dashboards with the same number of screens can be completely different in complexity.
The usual range is 8 to 12 weeks. It can vary if we depend on third-party APIs, data migrations or external permissions, and we identify those dependencies before agreeing the scope whenever possible.
We run the training and document how everything works. You can add monthly maintenance and improvements, ask for new sprints when you need them or carry on by yourself. Maintenance is not included and is never mandatory.
