Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Nebula Creative website and the hiring of our web design, development, maintenance and audit services. By browsing this website or hiring us, you accept these terms. If you have any questions, ask us before we start.
Services
Nebula Creative offers custom web design and development, maintenance, and technical and visibility audits. Each project is defined in a specific proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Anything not in that proposal is not part of the engagement.
Audits and reports
Performance audits and AI search visibility audits are delivered as a report with the findings, their impact and the recommended fixes, measured against the state of the website on the report date. It is a diagnosis, not a guaranteed outcome: neither we nor anyone else controls the ranking a search engine assigns or which businesses an AI assistant chooses to mention, and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. The report is yours and you can implement it with whoever you like. If you hire us for the implementation, the scope of the fixes is set out in the proposal.
Intellectual property
The code, designs and assets we produce for your project become yours once payment has been made in full. Until then, all rights remain with Nebula Creative. We reserve the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you agree otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
Nebula Creative is not liable for loss of business, data or revenue arising from the use of, or inability to use, the deliverables. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless applicable law provides for a different jurisdiction. This English version is a courtesy translation; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
